This organizer is very good in terms of functionality and usage.

One core piece is missing.. The ability to plug-in new PIM types.

For example, most of the common PIM types like task, activity, contact etc are given. However, there can be also PIM items such as passwords, account info, etc...
Hence, there can be customization support (allowing user to define new types thro' xml or java) to cater to this need.
